"How much will this cost me?" is a straightforward and most reasonable question. And you'd like it to be answered without having to jump through hoops and deal with aggressive sales calls.
Our service costs $595. This is a one-time fee. It includes all features and custom design. We offer fantastic choices of design, or can create a custom look just for you.
We also have a budget plan for those who prefer a smaller initial fee followed by monthly payments. All sites include all features, including built-in frames or links IDX integration. MLS data imports are available as an optional add-on.
What's extra?
The only necessary monthly charge is for hosting your site on a server. We've partnered with a a reliable, cutting-edge U.S. based hosting company to offer you a 250MB host account with unlimited email addresses for $15/month. Upgraded accounts are available for sites intended to contain MLS downloads, for example, though most small office and agent sites will not need to go beyond the $15/month plan.
