Our self-managing real estate site concept is designed to free you from the delays and expense of employing a webmaster.
Our sites are backed by a MySQL database, using the powerful flexibility of PHP. No special software, equipment or training is required. If you can fill out a web form, you can edit your own web site! We make it that easy.
Unlike other services which charge yearly fees and host your files on their servers, we build your self-managing features on YOUR site server, not on ours. This means you won't have to link off your web site to access YOUR content. And our low $595 design fee is a ONE-TIME charge. Hire us today and fire us tomorrow! You won't need a webmaster at all! Site Features from a Visitor's View:
1. Searchable database of your listings, with mapping features, complete details customized to your specific needs, resizable images and eye-catching clickable image slideshow, mortgage and affordability calculators, easy email-to-friend features and easy switching to printable listing detail layouts.
2. Detailed information about yourself or, for an office site, about your associates and staff, with contact information.
3. Guestbook or Testimonials page where visitors can read your best recommendations or leave their own (pending your approval.)
4. For-Rent-By-Owner feature, easily customized to be a rental advertisement vehicle if you handle them. This is dynamic content, and dynamic content encourages repeat visits, aiding in your company's name recognition.
5. Easy referral form so brokers and clients can quickly provide you with leads.
6. Detailed office information or additional information about yourself, if this site is just for you.
7. If you subscribe to an IDX or Virtual Office for MLS access, we've built in a section just for that.

Your backend/administrative panel:
1. Secure, passworded access to an administrative panel on your site. You'll be able to make extensive changes and updates right through your web browser!
2. Extensive database handling of properties and all of their details. You'll have easy, fast and comprehensive control over a) property detail fields, their behavior and where they appear on your listing sheets. You'll control label names, field types, searchability and validation (e.g. whether each field is required or not.) You'll be able to customize the search results page.
3. Properties and how they appear to your visitors. You can upload multiple photos for each listing, but only have to upload ONE size. Your site resizes as needed. You'll choose the order in which each photo appears and whether or not a property will appear in your Featured Listings area and/or your Slideshow.
4. Control over people who have access to your database. For example, you may
want agents to enter their own listings, but perhaps
you don't want to display them until you've approved.
Set your site to moderated. Or, you can allow
entries to appear automatically, but turn off
access to the controls which make properties featured
or appear in the slideshow. Perhaps you have some
senior associates who you want to give full admin
privileges, or a few privileges more than most
agents. And you may have an assistant who will
have no listings, but will require a profile page
and full administrative access to help you with
the site. It sounds confusing, but when you see
the administrative
panel, you'll notice it's extremely simple
to handle. In fact, the system makes things extremely
efficient for you and secures your site to your
exact needs.
5. Change the look of your site in two clicks! We'll install FIVE unique templates, each with their own layouts, look, feel, style, including background images and colors. When you change the template in one easy step, you leave ALL of your content undisturbed. It's like redesigning an entire site in 10 seconds! Additional templates may be available for free download in the future.
6. Edit non-database content, such as logos, photos and content on your "About Us" page or "MLS Page" with a built-in, browser-driven web editor. It's a secure, user-friendly interface with a choice of either simple or advanced editing capabilities. This is great for updating your site regularly with news and anecdotes.
7. Database editing without any knowledge of MySQL or PHP. In your administrative panel, you'll have full editing control over all the fields of datas used and displayed for your properties and users (agents, brokers, staff.) For example, if you don't wish to have a fax field for each associate, you can delete the field. If you want to add a bit of data like, for example, a Professional Designations field, you can add it. Same goes for property details. If you don't sell land, delete the field. Perhaps you deal with a lot of two-family homes or investment property. Add those fields as you wish. Nationally known brokerages have special sections such as CENTURY 21's "Fine Homes and Estates." You could make that a field and even a searchable item. Create a quick link to all properties which are attributed to your field in your easy menu editor!
8. Logs for recording valuable data. Referral form, rental form and site activity data are stored in logs which are secured by your administrative user name and password. You can give access to all, some or none of your site's users.
